Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in a single interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters. Consistently leverages digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding processes. Works collaboratively to build and contribute to a culture of sales and service within the company-owned Experience stores.
