Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to act as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters and consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding. Works collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service while delivering the best sales and service experiences in a customer's lifetime.
