Sr Mobile Expert, Bilingual

Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters while consistently leveraging digital tools for onboarding. Works collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service within the Experience store team. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200, ensuring a guaranteed $20/hour total earnings.
