Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert across all T-Mobile offerings. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding, working collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200.
