Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding while working collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and bilingual skills. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200.
