Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain SME knowledge across all T-Mobile topics and consistently leverages digital tools during onboarding. Works collaboratively with peers in Customer Service and Engineering to build a culture of sales and service within the Experience store environment.
