Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and act as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding, working collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service. Requires a high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and bilingual Spanish skills preferred. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200.
