Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs and resolves pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile matters and consistently leverages digital tools during onboarding. Works collaboratively to build a culture of sales and service while delivering the best customer experiences. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, and bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
