Job Summary
Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs while resolving pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools. Completes ongoing training to maintain expertise as a subject matter expert in all T-Mobile areas. Consistently leverages digital tools during interactions and onboarding, and collaborates to build a culture of sales and service. Acclimates local Retail Sales Associates and Partner Sales Associates to the unique event environment. Requires high school diploma, 12+ months of retail experience, strong customer service skills, and ability to pass certification and quarterly re-certification. Hourly base pay is $29.00 with an annualized incentive target of $7,200.
