Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and repairs on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles using a company-issued service truck. Diagnose and fix truck systems including electrical, cooling, air conditioning, diesel engines, transmissions, and air brake systems. Collect repair data, upload findings to the TRAIT application, and complete all DOT documentation accurately. Maintain the service truck with daily safety checks and manage your own schedule while meeting Standard Repair Times. This Monday-Friday role involves traveling to customer facilities and distribution centers for high-quality mobile service.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical repair experience 3+ years (diesel, automotive, or related field)
- Clean driving record
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Possess and supply a set of hand tools required for the job
