Job Summary
The Sr. Middle Market Banker is responsible for developing and expanding commercial banking relationships, actively prospecting for new clients, and managing a portfolio of relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include engaging with product partners for cross-selling opportunities, meeting budgeted goals, and managing a commercial loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in relationship management, along with knowledge of lending and risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- 6 - 8 years of account relationship management experience
- 6 - 8 years of experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of C & I lending, loan servicing, and credit and non-credit products
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong negotiating skills in terms, loan structure, and pricing
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities
