Job Summary
Senior/Mid-level PPBE Management Analystto support PPBE planning and budgeting efforts at Lackland AFB (San Antonio, TX). Responsibilities include qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends from complex data sets, capturing and summarizing insights from interviews and meetings into draft deliverables, and developing creative solutions to client issues. You will produce accurate staff documentation to support project execution, think strategically, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with management. Required to have 2-5 years of POM experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience with federal budget exhibits and Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 to 5 years' experience with the building of Program Objective Memorandums (POM)
- Active TS/SCI required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field
- Experience in federal budget exhibit preparation and Federal Financial Management or equivalent training is desired
- Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma
