Job Summary
Assess legacy Dynamics data models and workflows to define target Dataverse structures, Power Apps experiences, and Power Automate flows. Configure forms, business rules, and security roles while preserving executive and audit processes. Implement least-privilege access using Entra ID, MFA, and granular record-level restrictions to protect sensitive whistleblower and investigation data. Develop security test plans, validate logging, and lead UAT, regression testing, and production deployment stabilization. Create architecture runbooks, policy catalogs, and training guides to support operations handoff. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate decisions into auditable implementation artifacts for government audit and investigation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience modernizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM including workflow conversion, migration coordination, cutover, and post-release support
- At least 5 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft identity/security controls, including security roles, business units, teams, table/column security, record sharing/restrictions, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and audit logging
- At least 3 years of experience designing secure role- and record-level controls for sensitive or restricted data in a government or other highly regulated environment
- Prior experience supporting government inspector general, audit, investigation, complaint, or other high-sensitivity case-management workflows
- Ability to lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders and convert decisions into precise, testable, and auditable implementation artifacts
- Strong production delivery discipline across UAT, regression testing, deployment, rollback, technical documentation, runbooks, training, and stabilization
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure certifications

- 5+ years of experience delivering solutions subject to public-sector cybersecurity, records-retention, accessibility, and audit requirements
