Job Summary
Lead the rollout and continuous evolution of a unified device management cloud platform, owning strategy, architecture, and execution across the portfolio. Drive cross-organizational teams for Go-To-Market activities while delivering monthly releases using Zebra's Lifecycle Management process. Manage the core platform team, balance scope, schedule, and budget, and develop an internal contribution model with governance standards. Operate cross-functionally to implement value-driven requirements, coordinate meetings, and present status updates to senior-level audiences. Develop and manage an opinionated strategic roadmap focused on reducing customer fragmentation and consolidating platforms.
Required Qualifications
- BS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science degree, or related technical BS degree
- Minimum 12+ year's in Engineering/Program management for products in fast paced environment
- 2 years as team supervisor/ manager
- Minimum 12+ years' experience in product development
- Experience with leading or managing Cloud-based software
- Minimum 3+ experience in a people leader role
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale software programs in a multi-product or multi-business unit environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, build consensus among senior leaders, and influence technical and business teams without direct authority
- Highly effective in presenting and communicating (verbal and written), and facilitating to peers, direct reports, and executive audiences
- Comfortable and experienced in delegating and requesting follow-up
- Deep knowledge of API-first design principles, API lifecycle management, and strategies to build and scale robust developer tools and platforms
- Understanding of shared cloud platforms, DevOps principles, and strategies for creating operational efficiencies at scale
- Experience with software monetization and licensing strategies (e.g., subscription, consumption-based, perpetual)
- Ability to connect technical program goals to business outcomes, such as improved customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and new revenue opportunities
- Experience creating, implementing, and governing technical standards across a matrixed organization
- Proficient in MS Office or similar
- Familiar with and has used AI tools in an enterprise setting, and demonstrates integrating workflows with AI tools to create efficiencies
- This role requires a minimum of 3-days per week in our Holtsville, NY (Long Island) office, 2 days remote (US)
