Job Summary
Senior Manager, Technical Project Management responsible for leading a portfolio of technical product initiatives across defects, enhancements, and client requirements. You will oversee delivery readiness, prioritization, and governance across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Implementation, and Compliance; partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes; ensure timely, high-quality delivery of client-facing technology solutions and strategic product improvements; leverage Agile practices, metrics, and governance to maintain portfolio health; and translate technical delivery status into clear business updates for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management
- Strong experience delivering client-facing technology solutions
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices, SDLC/PDLC, QA processes, release management, and cross-functional delivery planning
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business updates for senior stakeholders
- Experience with delivery and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Bitbucket
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar project/program delivery certifications are considered an asset
- Experience delivering APIs, system integrations, and enterprise platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support delivery planning, documentation, QA, reporting, product development, or operational efficiency is considered an asset
