Job Summary
Manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for healthcare clients. Leverage large, complex data sets to uncover business insights, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations that address key client challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor by translating analytical findings into actionable business solutions and communicating insights to executive and operational stakeholders. Manage project teams including internal and external resources in the design, development, and delivery of client solutions. Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables, leading projects to successful completion with limited senior management guidance. Contribute to new business development and maintain the client base by providing follow-up to ensure satisfaction. This role supports IQVIA's mission to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Reside in the same country where the job is located
- Healthcare industry experience
- 8-12 years of related experience including consulting and data analytics
- Strong consulting and analytical skills with the ability to assess business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions
- Proven experience working with large, complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and effectively communicate them to clients and senior leadership
- Experience building trusted relationships with stakeholders through strategic thinking, problem-solving, and insight-driven consulting
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills and client influencing and relationship building skills
- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
- Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area
- Possesses the necessary subject matter expertise and project management skills able to effectively manage projects
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
