The Senior Manager – Student & Pipeline Initiatives will lead efforts to engage students in internal audit careers with a focus on digital initiatives and a robust internship program. This role requires strong experience in B2C marketing, program management, and the ability to connect with Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in student engagement and early-career programs
- Proven ability to design and execute B2C campaigns

Desired Qualifications
