Job Summary
Sr. Mgr, Strategic Planning leads data-driven strategic analysis to support oncology business across global markets. Responsibilities include providing insights for leadership to track performance, support long- and short-term financial planning, guide brand financial planning and strategic projects (GTM, new launches), contribute to company-level strategic initiatives, support senior leader reviews and events, and perform additional strategic analyses as needed. Requires strong data analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, excellent Chinese and English communication, and ability to interact with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Advanced degrees preferred; overseas experience and consulting background valued. Proficiency in PPT and Excel modeling is essential. Advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MD) preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MD) preferred
- overseas experiences preferred
- Consulting background (2-6 years reference)
- in-house strategic planning experiences in a large MNC Pharma as a plus
- Strong skills in data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid business acumen in oncology a plus
- Effective communications in Chinese and English
- Master in office: PPT, Excel modeling
- Preferred: experience in strategic projects in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects aimed at executing strategic vision
- Adaptability, Agile Project Management, Business Operations, etc.
