Job Summary
Sr. Mgr, R&D Applications & Master Data leads across multiple R&D portfolios, ensuring strategic and operational leadership to plan, execute, and deliver research and development programs. Builds scalable, compliant R&D operations supporting product development from concept through commercialization, influences enterprise-level R&D strategy, and leads high-impact teams in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include leading R&D operational activities across product families, establishing governance models and SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance, cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, managing budgets and capacity planning, coaching managers and senior individual contributors, driving risk identification and mitigation with adherence to GCP/design controls/regulatory standards, monitoring performance with metrics and dashboards using data-driven insights, and representing R&D operations in governance forums and strategic planning. Education required: Bachelor’s degree; preferred: Master’s or MBA. Travel up to 20% domestic/international. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Typically requires 6-8 years of progressive experience in R&D, engineering, or technical operations, with leadership responsibility.
