Job Summary
Senior Manager to lead product delivery for Enabling Technologies in Global Development IT, owning the full product lifecycle for low-code BPM (Appian) and generative AI-enabled solutions that support clinical study design, feasibility, and downstream planning. Drive workshops with clinical stakeholders, manage the product backlog and roadmaps, review architecture for secure, scalable integrations with data analytics and LLM-based services, and supervise sprint progress while communicating timelines, budget, and ROI to program leadership. Demonstrates deep clinical development knowledge, hands-on product and low-code platform expertise, and strong stakeholder management in agile environments. Collaborate with data science teams to embed RAG, MCP, or LLM capabilities into business workflows and deliver value across Global Development. This role requires balancing short-term results with long-term strategy, ensuring regulatory standards and data-privacy requirements are met, and presenting demos/governance materials for steering committees and change-control boards.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA with 8–10 years proven experience (or MS/MBA with 6+ years as an equivalent) including 3 years in enterprise SaaS and 1+ year delivering generative/agentic AI solutions
- Proven success implementing Appian or similar BPM platforms for clinical or regulated environments
- Consistent track record driving process optimization, agile delivery, and cross-system integrations in Global Development
