Sr Mgr Operations-1

Direct daily operations to ensure production quality, compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and efficient plant performance. Manage short and long-term capital spending plans and expense budgets ranging from $20MM to $150MM. Provide work direction to the team, conduct actionable items from internal and external audits, and develop improvement projects to maximize operating factors and minimize costs. Lead performance management and coaching to retain organizational talent while maintaining system integrity through planned maintenance activities.
