Job Summary
Senior Medical Science Liaison role in the Mid-Atlantic focused on community-based care settings. Build and sustain peer-to-peer relationships with emerging opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across community and health system settings within a defined territory. Deliver accurate, scientifically rigorous information on Alnylam therapies through peer-to-peer dialogue; engage HCPs in community practice settings; support medical education initiatives, advisory boards, speaker programs, and clinical research activities; gather and communicate medical insights to internal stakeholders; respond to unsolicited medical information requests within 2 business days; collaborate cross-functionally to align scientific strategy; represent Alnylam at national, regional, and local meetings; maintain current knowledge of disease areas and evolving evidence; ensure compliance with regulations and policies; apply business acumen to prioritize engagements within the territory. With guidance, develop strategic thinking, scientific expertise, engagement excellence, integrity-driven conduct, and cross-functional collaboration to execute field medical responsibilities with increasing independence.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO in a relevant life science discipline
