Job Summary
Coordinate timelines, workstreams, and project management for active M&A integrations across PRISM Vision Group's newly acquired practices. Build integration playbooks, track milestones, and escalate risks to ensure timely execution while liaising with internal departments and practice leadership. Lead transformation and special projects during lighter periods, driving digital modernization, operational excellence, and change management initiatives. Draft agendas, create executive reports, and independently lead end-to-end strategic projects with cross-functional partners. Track KPIs, document lessons learned, and adapt processes to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Master's degree
- Advanced degree or certification
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- A management consulting, corporate strategy, or healthcare integration background
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Forms, and Visio
- Energized by new projects
