Job Summary
Sr Mgr, Legal Agreements, Compliance & Operations will draft, negotiate, analyze and support a broad range of technology-based contracts and licensing agreements; monitor compliance with internal processes and policies; partner with multiple internal stakeholders across legal, compliance and business units; participate in special projects; articulate business perspectives in a practical, business-friendly manner; and help shape a culture of collaboration, improvement, and integrity while supporting the OEM group within a technology-driven SaaS environment. The role requires proactive issue-spotting related to regulatory risk, ability to balance enterprise and individual business interests, and strong communication with internal teams and outside counsel. The position emphasizes operation-focused contract management, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in compliance tasks and acknowledgments to meet performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred
- Active bar admission in at least one state preferred
- 8+ years’ experience
- Substantial experience with complex contract agreements
- Familiarity with intellectual property law (copyright, trademark and patent)
- Exposure to data privacy issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Technology-based experience preferred
