Job Summary
Coordinate with engineering, market, and factory teams to create, monitor, and secure project schedules while managing critical deadlines and summarizing progress. Lead JIT planning process setup and optimization, including supplier capacity security, long-term RYG building, and tooling duplication planning from a lifecycle perspective. Troubleshoot production fluctuations, drive supplier extensions for JIT deployment, and manage material preparation and ramp-up plans through internal and external stakeholder coordination. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing project management and strong negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business/ science or related discipline
- At least 5-year experience in PM or customer service area
- working experience in a manufacturing setting
- Good level written and spoken English (Global interactions)
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
