Job Summary
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for business systems support, SAP master data, Computer Systems Assurance, and Data Integrity. Provide governance and oversight for 60+ core, local, and custom applications including labeling, batch record systems, and operational support tools. Own site SAP Master Data Governance and serve as a local Business or System Owner for assigned applications. Maintain local responsibility for system lifecycle activities, including implementation, change review, risk management, and retirement. Partner with Quality and Digital to support compliance expectations, inspection readiness, and document review. Represent Supply Chain Operations with senior leaders on business systems and application portfolio matters. Complete this internal secondment for 6-9 months within the Kalamazoo Business Systems Support organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience
- Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience
- PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Business-focused leader with strong supply chain, manufacturing, SAP, master data, and application management experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, develop colleagues, manage complex priorities, and deliver business impact in a regulated environment
- Must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
- Permanent work authorization in the United States
