Job Summary
Support the Global Business of therapy-related disposables and vascular access products by conducting market and product research to validate and support marketing strategy. Develop marketing plans, training, and promotional pieces for the specific portfolio disposables while collaborating with cross-functional partners including strategy, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, and regional marketing teams. Create value propositions and claims needed for market differentiation that optimize the product portfolio offering to enhance profitability and sustainability. Build foundational tools and materials to support consistent, aligned, and on-brand promotion across multiple stakeholders and organization levels. This role sits within Vantive's $850M+ Acute Therapies business, focusing on treating critically ill ICU patients through extracorporeal support systems.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 5+ years' marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- Medical Device or Pharma product management expertise
- Proven skills in strategy
