Job Summary
Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with BYLT goals, building category plans to maximize sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity. Lead assortment architecture by determining product mix, pricing, color strategy, and lifecycle management while partnering with Design and Product Development to influence line development. Own and manage sales, margin, inventory, and goals for the Women's business, analyzing performance metrics to develop forecasts and optimize open-to-buy planning. Requires a bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion, or related fields, with 7-10+ years of apparel merchandising experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion or related fields
- 7-10+ years of merchandising experience in apparel (multi-channel preferred)
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Deep understanding of apparel product lifecycle and sourcing timelines
- Proven experience developing assortments and merchandising strategies
- Proven ability to drive profitable growth and manage assortments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
