Job Summary
Senior Merchandising Operations Specialist responsible for leading process and system improvements, collaborating with IT and business teams, documenting processes, and supporting large-scale initiatives such as plan-o-grams, vendor onboarding, and data governance. The role emphasizes identifying gaps in enterprise processes, maintaining data accuracy across merchandising systems, mentoring team members, and providing executive-level updates. Key skills include Excel/Microsoft 365 proficiency, experience with PMM Blue Yonder, MMT, PIM, Ad Control, and Power BI; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day remote) at the Raleigh, NC headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in merchandising operations, data management, or related roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with PMM (Blue Yonder), MMT, PIM, Ad Control, and Power BI
