Drives financial success of departments by achieving sales, gross margin, and inventory turn goals; leads Open-to-Buy processes; analyzes historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities; collaborates cross-functionally to align financial and product opportunities by department and class; provides pricing and promotional recommendations; leads and coaches planning teammates; oversees store clustering and replenishment forecasting; develops and communicates strategic plans and forecasts to stakeholders; focuses on optimizing assortment, allocation, and performance through analytical insights and collaboration with Buyers and cross-functional teams.
