Job Summary
Conduct member interactions to assess financial needs, recommend products, and improve financial health through savings, debt management, and lending options. Proactively outreach to members and prospects via calls to deepen relationships and achieve sales targets. Assist with loan applications, verify documents, review credit histories, and process cash transactions while adhering to policies to prevent fraud. Support branch operations including ATM servicing, monthly audits, and training new employees. May lead business development events and serve as a Notary Public based on branch needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' related branch, call center, or other related financial service experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to write and speak effectively in English using correct spelling and grammar
- Basic math skills including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages using a 10-key
- Proficient in the use of basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Moderate keyboard skills at 40 wpm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Ability to quickly learn specialized applications and systems
- Initiative and self-direction
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people at all levels
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to prioritize
