Job Summary
Labcorp is seeking a Sr Medical Courier/Route Driver to join our logistics team in Dayton/Toledo/Lima area with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday 1:00pm–9:30pm, and the ability to cover 1st/3rd shifts and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include acting as a floater for route coverage, providing on-route training for new couriers, assisting with dispatch and pickups, loading daily supplies, completing pickup schedules, delivering daily picks to the branch, handling specimens and lab samples safely, operating a company vehicle, and coordinating with the dispatcher for additional pickups. Requires loading/unloading, route planning, safe driving, and use of a handheld device for daily picks. Required Qualifications
- 3 years or more experience of driver or courier experience
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 1 year or more of customer service experience (preferred)
