Job Summary
Senior Medical Advisor in Transplant therapy area responsible for KOL engagement and development of regional medical plans. Key duties include identifying and profiling KOLs, building long-term professional relationships, collecting feedback to inform medical strategy, training speakers, identifying potential investigators for MA studies, and leading regional medical initiatives such as AB boards, budgeting, and educational activities. Requires building medical education materials, supporting regional MA studies, liaising with external investigators, and providing medical insights to support regional sales and regulatory activities. Travel >50% for field-based activities; role based in Beijing or Shanghai, China. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Medical or Life Sciences (doctorate preferred), 1+ years clinical or pharma experience (2+ years for senior MSL), strong communication, project management, and English language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Medical or Life science is required, doctoral education is preferred.
- Either ≥1 year working experience in clinical practice and/or in multinational pharmaceutical company or ≥2 year relevant work experience.
- For senior MSL, ≥2 prior MSL experience with a track record of success in multinational pharmaceutical company are required.
- Clinical experiences within relevant TAs are preferred.
