Job Summary
Teach/tutor KG-12th grade students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, while assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions. Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, and support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment. This role offers consistent, flexible part-time hours after school and on weekends. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, possess at least three years of tutoring experience, and demonstrate math proficiency through a literacy test.

- Ability to balance various ongoing tasks
- Ability to teach effectively through at least Pre-calculus
- Minimum Bachelor's in a related field (Education, Mathematics, or Math-heavy degree)
- 3+ years experience working in a tutoring/teaching role
- Experience mentoring/training junior team members
- Math literacy test proficiency
- Work authorization
- Pass a background check
