Job Summary
Manage supply chain and manufacturing requirements to support product development, including new product ownership and materials readiness for NPI. Project Operations NPI and Product Lifecycle Process requirements, ensuring manufacturing readiness through DFM feedback, build planning, and system readiness. Interact with suppliers and internal teams like Engineering and Quality on new product schedules, handling critical component planning, quoting, procurement, and materials liability management. Prepare weekly program reviews and track engineering builds and component costs. Ensure logistical flow of materials meets production schedules and inventory control. Based in San Jose, CA, with a salary range of $155,800 to $224,200. Bachelor's degree or 8+ years experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum 8+ years of professional experience
- Positive attitude and team work
- Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data
- MS Excel and Power Point knowledge with deep understanding of Excel techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to management
- Professional experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), planning, and supply chain experience
- International experience
- Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese language skills
