Job Summary
Manage supply chain and manufacturing requirements to support product development NPI and lifecycle processes. Own new product readiness, including materials availability, visibility, DFM feedback, and build planning. Lead critical component planning, quoting, procurement, and materials liability management while interacting with suppliers, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Prepare weekly program reviews, track engineering builds and component costs, and ensure logistical flow meets production schedules and inventory control needs. Handoff completed new products to operations. This fully on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- minimum 8+ years of professional experience
- Positive attitude and team work
- Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data
- MS Excel and Power Point knowledge with deep understanding of Excel techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to management
- Professional experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), planning, and supply chain experience
- This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or minimum 8+ years of professional experience required
- International experience and/or Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese language skills a plus
