Sr. Master Data Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a multi-site Master Data team responsible for master data management, conformance resolution (NC/CAPA/audit observations), and engineering support to the workcell; drive Reliable Supply, Quality, Cost and EHS; collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to identify issues, define resolutions, and mitigate data and process risks; provide coaching and performance management, define objectives, and implement skills development plans; support day-to-day operations and root cause analysis using A3, 8D, and Six Sigma tools; align with EU Master Data Manager on strategic goals and participate in plant/engineering initiatives; travel to the other site (1x) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Science
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification or proven experience is a plus
- Business fluent in German
