Job Summary
Coordinate and manage marketing projects, campaigns, and team deliverables to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Develop, design, and execute marketing materials and brand assets supporting business development, underwriting initiatives, and client engagement. Support planning for conferences, sponsorships, exhibitions, and webinars, including branding, logistics, vendor management, and post-event reporting. Create and manage content across email, paid advertising, social media, websites, and intranet platforms while applying user-centered design principles to optimize digital experiences. Coordinate copywriting, editing, and design efforts to maintain brand consistency and manage marketing resources including the collateral library and CRM records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, UX/UI or related field
- 5- 10 Years relevant experience in corporate administrative support or project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong project management skills including meeting coordination, development of presentations, meeting agendas and status reports
- Great attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Near expert proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Must be able to operate a computer and other devices
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus, such as required to read a computer screen
- Must be able to move up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
- Portfolio or case studies that demonstrate capabilities preferred
- Proactive self-starter and demonstrates initiative
- Experienced with web design, email marketing, social media, and/or online advertising
- Worked with CRM tools such as Constant Contact, Salesforce, etc.
