Sr Marketing Specialist, Rental- onsite in Charlotte

Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, market saturation, and sales for Carolina Cat Rentals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and lead generation initiatives including content marketing, webinars, and partnerships to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales and digital teams to manage SEO, PPC, and email marketing while presenting strategies to executive management. Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, data visualization, and forecasting tools to propose improvements and innovation. Manage advertising and event budget recommendations, maintain industry knowledge through ongoing research and training, and provide weekly progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Construction equipment rentals experience
- Experience in B2B product marketing or product management
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Proficient in problem-solving and strategic, critical thinking
- Professional judgement and decision-making ability
- Data mining and analysis skills to effectively report key performance indicators, forecast performance, and identify trends and challenges
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- A high level of diligence and good organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Able to interpret business needs and opportunities into strategic marketing action and support
- Experience working with a Sales team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent with three or more years of experience in B2B product marketing
- Advanced in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, data visualization, etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and prior experience using CRM tools
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and/or otherwise move up to 25 pounds
- Must be onsite in Charlotte
