Job Summary

Senior Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for assigned high-growth conferences, driving audience acquisition, revenue, and paid registrations. Responsible for end-to-end campaign planning and execution, coordinating with the Marketing Director/Manager and internal/external partners, utilizing analytics to optimize channel mix and ROI, and developing client-facing content that communicates conference value. Will define and manage campaigns, review KPI results, and translate attendee insights into effective marketing strategies. The role requires autonomous work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across the conference marketing team, program management, and digital stakeholders to achieve commercial and strategic goals. Some travel will be required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in outbound/digital marketing
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue through marketing and sales channels
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing campaign creation, lead management, and pipeline conversion
  • Data-driven with experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation (Eloqua or similar)
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as required
