Job Summary
Senior Marketing Program Manager leading commercial-strategy initiatives across the Spine & Biologics portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional launch readiness and communications, leading Alpha targeting and contracting strategy with marketing, sales, and pricing teams, driving governance and reporting (QBRs, NSMs), aligning portfolio-wide strategic initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, MarCom, and other partners, and translating upstream strategy into downstream commercial execution. Requires strong analytics, executive-level communication, and the ability to shape portfolio messaging and drive cross-functional collaboration to support launches and customer adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
