Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Build and optimize project management processes for Product Go-to-Market and Marketing teams while maintaining accurate product data across platforms. Own project timelines, milestones, and task tracking for packaging initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and driving launch execution. Create, maintain, and optimize product sell sheets and Universal Product Codes, while organizing and shipping samples to focus groups, photoshoots, and influencers. Coordinate marketing assets to vendors, manage consumer surveys, and conduct competitive research to support reporting and analysis. Work Monday through Friday in a hybrid capacity from Canmore, Alberta, with a minimum of three days per week on site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Project Management Certification (PMP)
- Expert user of project management tools
- experience with Asana
Desired Qualifications
- A passion for natural personal care and beauty products
- Advanced Microsoft Suite user
- PowerBI is an asset
- Familiarity with the Stage-Gate process is an asset
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
- NetSuite is an asset
- Experience with change management initiatives
- Proven experience leading multiple projects at once
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to employ critical thinking and problem-solving techniques
- Proactive and enthusiastic in approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
