Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote - US)

Job Summary
Senior Marketing Operations Specialist will optimize and enhance our marketing operations tech stack, data, and processes to enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. In partnership with Demand Generation and Product Marketing, this role will help bring campaigns to life across online and offline channels with the technology, processes, and data to deliver and measure qualified leads and pipeline. Build dynamic and automated marketing programs to drive efficiency and scalability while ensuring data integrity and governance across the marketing stack (e.g., HubSpot to Salesforce integrations) and across teams. Responsibilities include managing the marketing operations tech stack, launching campaigns, maintaining data hygiene, driving attribution and dashboards, and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize lead lifecycle and scoring; additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience in HubSpot, including workflows, system administration, and system integrations
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms
- Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
- Strategic thinker with strong program and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing needs
