Sr. Marketing Manager, Single Family - Western Region

Job Summary
Execute monthly marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns across print, digital, social, email, and out-of-home channels for Single Family communities in Colorado and Texas. Manage the marketing calendar, community website, inventory, and social media channels while coordinating with design teams, agency partners, and sales teams to ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Lead local marketing outreach, broker events, and community open houses, preparing weekly sales reports and compiling content for quarterly lifestyle guides. Maintain brand standards across all customer touchpoints and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns via HubSpot.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 6-8 years of real estate marketing experience required
- Exceptional communication and project management skills required
- Ability to initiate required projects and tasks independently and possess a self-starter attitude
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- real estate developer experience preferred
- Real estate experience across the Colorado and Texas markets preferred
- HubSpot (CRM) experience preferred
- Experience with digital advertising including paid social media, Google digital display and retargeting, SEM, and PPC campaigns a huge plus
