Job Summary
Sr Marketing Manager, Market Development lead for international markets focused on accelerating adoption of Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) and establishing Omnipod as the standard of care globally. Responsibilities include developing international market development strategy, understanding market dynamics, barriers to therapy adoption, and collaboration with global teams; leading KOL engagement and HCP education; supporting regional sales training; partnering with Product, Clinical, Medical, and Global Market Access teams; leading a small international market development team; and delivering assets to drive awareness and education of AID within the broader brand plan. Requirements include 8+ years in global/international marketing or related strategy roles, cross-functional leadership, strong execution, and healthcare/medical device/pharma experience; fluent English with a European language preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in global or international marketing, medical affairs, market development, or strategy roles
- Strategic thinker with strong organization skills and project mgmt competencies
- Proven experience building markets or categories and accelerating therapy or product adoption
- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and influence skills
- Experience working within a local market and regional marketing role
- Strong people leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
- Fluent English is essential; proficiency in a second European language is preferred
