Job Summary
Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives in the life sciences/healthcare space. Responsibilities include developing ABM and inbound programs, creating compelling messaging, enabling sales with materials, orchestrating campaigns across digital and offline channels, and analyzing performance to optimize results. Requires 7+ years in B2B marketing (healthcare or life sciences preferred), Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in ABM, messaging, content, events, and cross-functional collaboration. Base salary $81k-$130k; hybrid options available.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing, healthcare or life sciences preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
- Expertise in sales support tools and enablement
- Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns
- Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics
- Strong understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning
- Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
- High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
