Job Summary

Senior Marketing Manager to own the GTM strategy for high-priority segments, orchestrating end-to-end integrated marketing motions and serving as the primary lead for sales-marketing alignment and pipeline growth. Build and execute global demand generation strategies, report on marketing trends and campaign insights, and support sales and marketing across initiatives. Design and lead multi-channel campaigns, audit campaign performance, elevate technical proficiency in digital channels, partner with Sales for account-based marketing, guide Content and Web/Ops to align with growth strategy, optimize ad strategy and budgets, coordinate launches with creative and social teams, and manage the lead handoff to SDRs with SLAs. 7-10 years in large-scale B2B campaigns, 3+ years managing paid social and CTV/digital ad spend, strong knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot & Salesforce), ownership mindset, excellent communication in a global, fast-paced environment, strong PM and analytical skills, and willingness for minimal travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale campaigns for B2B companies in a lead generation capacity and/or in an agency setting
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social (LinkedIn, Meta) and CTV/Digital ad spend at scale
  • Deep understanding of the connection between top-of-funnel paid media activity and bottom-of-funnel sales conversion, with the ability to bridge this gap for the team
  • Ownership mindset; proactively identify bottlenecks in campaign performance or sales-handoff processes and implement data-backed solutions independently
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation systems, preferably HubSpot & Salesforce
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly with global marketing peers
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset
  • Proactively explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starting nature
  • Minimal global travel may be required
