Job Summary
Sr. Marketing Manager responsible for China marketing activities including digital marketing, leads generation, pricing management, and e-commerce. Executes China growth strategy with BU and function leaders, develops and implements marketing campaigns, improves demand generation, enhances marketing visibility, and drives GTM and commercial growth. Leads pricing strategy development and tools to support price improvements, and develops China E-commerce strategies to drive growth via direct-sales and third-party platforms. Oversees a central marketing team in China, collaborates with global marketing as part of Pall’s central marketing, and aligns with global strategy. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Strong leadership and cross-BU collaboration to accelerate business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years’ working experience, including leadership role in the field of marketing, sales or business development
- B2B marketing background is a must
