Job Summary
Sr Marketing Executive at 3M responsible for portfolio strategy & financial management, NPI development and launch, demand generation through market-driven insights and segmentation, and cross-functional alignment with R&D, supply chain, and sales to drive product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans. Develop differentiated value propositions and create technical collateral (whitepapers, case studies, demos) and Marcom tools; leverage lead generation and e-tools (Salesforce, SEO/SEM) to accelerate growth and market education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Traffic Engineering, Materials Science, or Marketing
- 5+ years in product/portfolio marketing, technical marketing, or strategic business development
- Experience launching new products from 0→1 and commercializing from 1→100
- B2G business relevance; knowledge of go-to-market models with state-owned entities
- Fluent English (written/spoken)
