Sr. Marketing Director, Growth Marketing responsible for architecting and executing a full-funnel growth strategy across inbound channels (programmatic SEO, paid search, paid social, CRO), and AI-driven optimization (GEO/AWO). Lead brand campaigns, PR, and agency oversight; develop content and organic social plans; drive data-driven optimization of CAC, velocity, and revenue attribution; collaborate with product, sales, and BDR to achieve scalable growth. Senior individual contributor with 8-10+ years in growth marketing, based in New York (onsite), travel as needed, and a Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. The role emphasizes strategic vision, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.
